Explore the platform

The work comes first.

A portfolio brings people in. A thoughtful reel makes the next conversation possible.

01 / Work & talent

Give the right work a home.

Connect the films in your portfolio to the people who made them. Browse a roster and find a starting point for the brief.

02 / Reel & share

Make the selection matter.

Choose the films, shape their order and add context. Send a focused screening link for the conversation at hand.

03 / Follow-up

Pick up the conversation.

See which work was watched and explore the viewing details. Use that context to plan a more informed next step.

Built from the inside out.

Reel Assembly began inside a working production company. Updating the roster. Pulling a reel. Sending the link. Wondering what happened after.

We built a system to connect those moments. Now we’re making a home for independent companies, their people, and the work they put into the world.

Thoughtful tools. Fewer loose ends. A little more space for what comes next.

Before you join.

Who is Reel Assembly for?

Independent commercial production companies, talent representation teams and production networks. We’re focused on how a company presents its work, builds reels and follows up with clients.

Can we use our own domain?

Custom company domains are part of the planned beta. We’ll review your existing website and DNS setup during onboarding, then agree a migration plan before making any changes.

Do we have to replace all our tools?

No. The first step is a focused conversation about your workflow. We can start with a small roster and reel collection and work out what makes sense to move. Budgeting, scheduling, payroll and call sheets are outside the beta’s scope.

Is the platform available today?

Reel Assembly is in development. This site shows our product direction and proposed pricing. Early-access enquiries help us understand your needs; they do not create a live customer account or subscription.

How will the beta work?

We’re planning guided onboarding for a small initial group. Once the platform is ready, the proposed trial is 14 days with a card required. We’ll confirm availability, final terms, media limits and support before you decide to join.

What about private work and company data?

Separating each company’s data, controlling private sharing and verifying domains are requirements for opening beta access. We’ll share the security and data-handling details before onboarding. Please don’t send confidential work in your email.
