Who handles your enquiry

Reel Assembly handles enquiries sent through the company email addresses on this website.

When you email us

The contact links open your email app. If you send a message, we receive your email address, the name supplied by your email service and whatever you choose to include. Please do not send confidential client information, unpublished work, passwords or payment details.

How the information is used

We use your message to respond and discuss whether Reel Assembly fits your company. Sending an email does not create an account, charge a card or subscribe you to a newsletter. The embedded introduction uses fictional data and keeps your choices in your current page. The full demo stores temporary workspace edits as described below. This website does not use advertising pixels or marketing analytics.

Your temporary demo workspace

Entering the full demo creates a private workspace for 24 hours. A secure, essential session cookie lets the same browser return to that workspace. Guide progress is saved locally in your browser for that 24-hour workspace and is discarded when you reset the demo or return after the workspace expires. We store your demo company edits, director biographies, spot titles, reel selections and screening links in a dedicated database. Do not put personal, confidential or client information into the demo. Reset deletes the workspace and invalidates its links immediately. Expiry blocks access after 24 hours; an hourly cleanup removes expired workspace records. Provider backups and technical logs may persist according to the providers’ retention practices.

Screening links and viewing activity

Anyone with a demo screening link can view its saved reel snapshot until the link is revoked, the workspace is reset or it expires. Screening pages explain measurement and offer an opt-out that does not affect playback. If measurement is enabled, we record link openings, playback starts and watch-progress checkpoints, using an anonymous browser visit identifier. We do not infer viewer names, locations or companies. The workspace separates this activity from clearly labeled example data. A preference stored in your browser remembers the measurement choice until you change it or clear browser storage. A hashed abuse-control identifier helps limit workspace creation and requests; raw IP addresses are not stored in the demo activity tables.

Services involved

Our enquiry email uses Google Workspace. Messages remain in our mailbox while needed to handle your enquiry and related correspondence; you can ask us to delete them. Google processes email and associated technical information to provide its service. Neon hosts the temporary demo database. Vercel hosts this website and the demo and may process request information such as IP address and browser details for delivery and security. No contact form is active on this site.

This notice covers the marketing website, enquiries and temporary demo. Entering the demo does not create a customer account or subscription. Product subscription terms, company data handling and any applicable data-processing agreement will be provided separately before customer onboarding.
